1. “Juarez Valley 8” deadlift

With about 70% of 1rm deadlift max on bar pull the following on each minute:

8, 1, 7, 2, 6, 3, 5, 4 for a total of 36 lifts in 8 minutes.

2. Conditioning:

 16x 110’s every minute, on the minute.
