1. Trap bar deadlift 5×5 @ add 5-10lbs to last weeks weight.

2. Conditioning

1×4 min Tabata set per exercise, 1 minute rest between Tabata sets. 

a. Single arm kettlebell swing. Switch arms each set.

b. Single arm kettlebell clean. Switch arms each set.

c. Single arm kettlebell thruster. Switch arms each set.

d. Goblet hold bob and weave.
