2. Conditioning:

As many times as possible in 15 minutes.

a. Sandbag ground-to-shoulder w/ step-up. 5x/side.

b. Sprawl to pull-up 5x

c. Sprint 110 yds down and back (220 total)

d. 1 min rest.
