2. a. Reverse lunge w/KB in goblet carry. 8x/side

    b. Single arm kettlebell snatch 5x/side

3. Conditioning:

 Prowler w/90 added lbs. 100yds on the minute. Use good form, your body should be in a straight line from ears to ankles,  approximately 45 degree angle to the marching surface.
