1. Sumo deadlift 5×1 @ add 5-10 lbs to last deadlift weight.

2. Conditioning:

3x Tabatas for a total of 12 minutes. Go with God.

a. Tabata (20 sec work/10 sec rest for 4 total minutes) of Jump squat w/24kg KB in goblet position

b. Tabata Russian twist w/24kg KB in goblet position.

c. Tabata battle ropes or 24kg KB high pull if ropes are not available. Start in hang position, violently extend hips and knees and pull KB to chest level.
