1. Front squat 3×5 work up to a manageable weight and complete 3 sets of 5.

2. Bench 3×5 @ add 5 lbs to last bench weight.

3. Conditioning:

300yd shuttle.  Sprint 25yds, return to start. Continue for 6 round trips (12 sprints) Rest 3 minutes. 6x.  Record times.
