1. Squat 3×5 add 5-10lbs to last squat weight.

2. Single arm dumbbell bench press 3×8/side.

3. Conditioning:

In fastest time possible 21-15-9 reps of

a. Bench press @ lifters bodyweight.  If you can’t bench your weight use a lighter percentage.

b. Chin-up
