Conditioning:
Against a running clock, with 2x 24kg kettlebells (sandbags or full 5 gallon water cans are acceptable substitutes from kettlebells) and a 200m course, designate a start point and a drop -off point 200m away. Start with both kettlebells at the start point.
20 push-ups. *
Secure 1 kettlebell and move it to the drop off point. **, ***
Run back to the start point.

Secure the 2nd kettlebell and move it to the drop off point.
Run back to start.
20 push-ups.
Run to kettlebells.

Secure 1 kettlebell and move it to the start point.
Run back to the drop-off point.
