Conditioning:  

Against a running clock, with 2x 24kg kettlebells (sandbags or full 5 gallon water cans are acceptable substitutes from kettlebells) and a 200m course, designate a start point and a drop -off point 200m away. Start with both kettlebells at the start point.

20 push-ups. *

Secure 1 kettlebell and move it to the drop off point. **, ***

Run back to the start point.

20 push-ups.

Secure the 2nd kettlebell and move it to the drop off point.

Run back to start.

20 push-ups.

Run to kettlebells.

Secure 1 kettlebell and move it to the start point.

Run back to the drop-off point.

20 push-ups.

Secure the 2nd kettlebell and move it start point.

20 push-ups.

Secure 1 kettlebell and move it to the drop off point.

Run back to the start point.

Secure the 2nd kettlebell and move it to the drop off point.

Run back to start.

*Before starting a trip, from the start or drop off point, carrying a kettlebell, you will complete 20 push-ups. You do not need to do the push-ups after setting a kettlebell down to rest between points, but…

** Everytime you set the kettlebell down between points to rest you will have a 20 squat penalty to be completed before you continue.

*** Kettlebell can be moved by any means other than dragging.
