1. Box jump 30 seconds continuous to 20” box.  Rest to recovery.  7x.

2. Squat 3×5 @ 5-10lbs heavier than last week.

3. Push Press 3×5 @ 5-10 lbs heavier than weight used on last press day.

4. Conditioning: Death by power clean / box jump.  Every minute, on the minute 1x PC/1x box jump @ 30”.  Increase number of reps by 1, every minute until you can no longer complete the required number of power cleans and box jumps in the minute.
