1. Hill Sprint 30yds from track stance.  Rest to recovery.  7x

2. Barbell Back Squat.  3×5.  Add 5lbs to last weight used.  Rest as needed.

3. Single Arm, Kettlebell Press.  3×5 per arm with 24kg kettlebell.  1 min rest.

4. Conditioning: 

a. Med ball rotational throws 5x/side

b. Squat w/ med ball overhead 10x

c. Med ball rotational throws 5x/side 

d. Push-up 10x

1 min rest upon completing all 3 sets.

e. Med ball around the world slam 5x/side

f. Squats w/med ball in front rack 10x
