2. Squat 3×5 @ add 5-10 lbs to last squat weight. Rest to recovery.

3. Press 3×5 @ add 5lbs to last press weight.  1 min rest.

4. Conditioning:

Every minute for 12 minutes:

a. Rack pull 1x @ 80% of deadlift max

b. Battle rope slams 20x
