1. Single arm kettlebell power snatch 5×3/side
2. Step-up 5×5/side with kettlebell in goblet hold
3. Conditioning:
a. Sandbag ground to shoulder to squat 10x
b. Hand-release push-up 10x
c. Walking lunges 20 yards w/sandbag across back
As many times as possible in 15 minutes
