1. Power snatch 5×3 @ add 5lbs to last weeks weight

2. Step-up 5×5/side with 135lb barbell on back

3. Conditioning:

6 minute farmer carry with trap bar and approximately 60% of deadlift max weight. 

Carry load for as far as possible without setting down. Once you get to the point where you can no longer last more than 10 seconds without setting the bar down, you may use straps.
