2 AUG. October is coming which means FY21 APFT and ACFT testing is approaching quickly.  The next 8 weeks (August and September) training will primarily focus on the 2 mile run as well as the ACFT.  Reps on strength movements will move lower and run volume and distances will increase.  This training remains general physical preparedness focused and is not meant to make the user a specialist in any one event.  For event-specific or goal-specific training, please email info@readyupad.com
