1.Sumo Deadlift 5×1 add 5lbs to weight used last week.  Rest as needed.  

2.Conditioning:

2 minutes continuous work of:

  1. Step-up, with 50lb sandbag on shoulder.  Sandbag goes to the floor and switches shoulders after each step. 10x/side.
  2. Overhead press, with 50lb sandbag.  10x.
  3. Repeat as many times as possible in 2 minutes.
  4. 1 min rest.
