1. Hill Sprint 30yds from track stance.  Rest to recovery.  7x

2. Barbell Back Squat.  3×5.  Add 5lbs to last weight used.  Rest as needed.

3. Single Arm, Kettlebell Press.  3×5 per arm with 24kg kettlebell.  1 min rest.

4. Conditioning:

a.2 med ball rotational throws (from same side)

b.10 squats with med ball in front rack

3x

1 min rest upon completing all 3 sets.

c.2 med ball rotational throws (opposite side)

d.10 push-ups

3x

1 min rest upon completing all 3 sets.

e.2 med ball slams into floor

f.10 squats with med ball in front rack
