1.Hang Power Clean.  5×3.  Add 5lbs to weight used on last power clean workout.  Rest as needed.

2. Conditioning:  Complete the following circuit as many times as possible in 12 minutes:

a. Sandbag squat clean w/50lb sandbag 20x

b. Lateral lunge w/50lb sandbag in front rack 10x/side

c. Chin-up 6x

d. 200m run
