1.Sumo Deadlift.  Work up to 5 singles (5×1) at 5lbs heavier than last workout.  Rest as needed.

2. Conditoning:

Perform the following 3 times:

a.Pull-Up for max reps

b.Step-Up 5×7/side with 50lb sandbag on shoulder*

c. Ab wheel roll-out 20x

d. 30 sec rest.
